The east window dates from the late 1880s and is in five lights. It was designed by N.H.J.Westlake and made by craftsmen of Lavers, Barraud & Westlake. On the left Christ is shown with Moses and Elijah at the Transfiguration; in the centre the Crucifixion with the Three Marys, St John and Longinus (the soldier who pierced Christ's side with a spear); on the right the Resurrection. In the upper part of the three centre lights, above the Crucifixion scene, the Ascension is depicted.
